Bio
Hello, I'm Christi DeLana Jones. Art and design have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Throughout my childhood in Dallas, I had the privilege of being surrounded by a world of creativity and expertise. This world was my joy and was greatly influenced by my mother's profession as an interior designer and my best friend whose mother happened to be a professional artist. So if I wasn't learning about designing a room around color, texture, and focal points, I was creating with my best friend in her mother's art studio surrounded by tubes of paint, watercolor paintings, frames being constructed, and all things magic. I fell in love with this magical world! I took art lessons in her studio and later helped frame and prepare her artwork for upcoming shows. Who knew that it would take college, a move to Houston, a career in corporate banking, marriage, and raising two children to arrive at my destination of creating art. I love the creative energy of color, design, and painting. It brings me such joy, and I hope in sharing it with you, it brings you joy also!
